North Plus Studio ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how PromptLab (the "App") collects, uses, and discloses your information.
1. Information Collection & Anonymous Login
To prioritize your privacy and provide a frictionless experience, we utilize Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This generates a unique, anonymous identifier tied to your device to manage your preferences, saved prompts, and Premium subscriptions. We do not require or directly collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number. If you delete the app or change devices, this anonymous identifier and associated local data may be permanently lost.
2. AI Processing & Third-Party APIs
PromptLab integrates advanced third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (including OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, and Image/Audio generation models). When you use these features:
- The text, audio, and image prompts you submit are securely sent to these providers strictly to generate your requested responses.
- You are strongly advised NOT to include sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in your prompts.
- Data handling by these models is governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google).
3. Subscriptions & Payments
All in-app purchases and Premium Subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or billing addresses on our servers. We only receive a secure, anonymized token from Apple or Google confirming your subscription status, which is linked to your anonymous user ID to unlock Premium features.
4. Advertising & Analytics
To support the development of the App, we use third-party services:
- Google AdMob: For users on the free tier, we display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: We collect anonymous usage data and crash reports to understand how the App is used, identify bugs, and improve overall stability and user experience.
5. Data Security
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

2. الذكاء الاصطناعي ومعالجة البيانات
يدمج التطبيق واجهات برمجة تطبيقات لذكاء اصطناعي من جهات خارجية (بما في ذلك ChatGPT من OpenAI و Gemini من Google ونماذج توليد الصور والصوت). عند استخدامك لهذه الميزات:
- يتم إرسال النصوص والصوتيات والصور التي تدخلها إلى هؤلاء المزودين حصرياً لتوليد الاستجابات المطلوبة.

تتم معالجة جميع عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق والاشتراكات المميزة (Premium) بشكل آمن بالكامل عبر Apple App Store و Google Play Store. نحن لا نجمع أو نعالج أو نخزن معلومات بطاقتك الائتمانية على خوادمنا. نحن نتلقى فقط رمزاً آمناً يؤكد حالة اشتراكك لفتح الميزات المدفوعة.
4. الإعلانات والتحليلات
لدعم تطوير التطبيق، نستخدم خدمات من جهات خارجية:
- Google AdMob: نعرض الإعلانات للمستخدمين في الخطة المجانية. قد تستخدم AdMob معرفات الجهاز لعرض إعلانات مخصصة.
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: نجمع بيانات استخدام مجهولة وتقارير الأعطال لتحسين استقرار التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم.
5. أمن البيانات

PromptLab integra API avanzadas de inteligencia artificial de terceros (incluyendo ChatGPT de OpenAI y Gemini de Google). Al utilizar estas funciones:
- Los prompts de texto, audio e imagen que envíe se transmiten de forma segura a estos proveedores estrictamente para generar las respuestas solicitadas.
- Se recomienda encarecidamente NO incluir información sensible, confidencial o personal en sus prompts.
- El manejo de datos por parte de estos modelos se rige por las políticas de privacidad de los respectivos proveedores.
3. Suscripciones y Pagos
Todas las compras dentro de la aplicación y las Suscripciones Premium se procesan de forma segura a través de Apple App Store y Google Play Store. No recopilamos ni almacenamos la información de su tarjeta de crédito. Solo recibimos un token seguro que confirma el estado de su suscripción.
4. Publicidad y Análisis
Para respaldar el desarrollo de la aplicación, utilizamos servicios de terceros:
- Google AdMob: Mostramos anuncios a los usuarios de la versión gratuita. AdMob puede utilizar identificadores de dispositivo para ofrecer anuncios personalizados.
